think alot depends on his past and present health, if he is a heavy smoker or drinker, that kind of thing. i believe some men need to take it as young as 40, whilst some much older men, never have to. great that such a drug exists!thumbs up

Tylenol is - Acetaminophen
Advil is - Ibuprofen
