Tricky one for me this, I am British, living abroad, but this summer I have spent my holidays at my house. Which is all rather odd.

Yes, I am a rare girl too, what is with it people wrecking food? Do you know how long it takes to grow a potato, then somepeople stick it in the microwave and make it go all soft and yukky.

I trained as a chef, may years ago and have been in the catering industry for many years.
