mike1937: GENERAL OBS - The Yes vote today, notably, is still maintaining 70%

The Breakdown of the current Voting sample and in particular the YES vote reaveals interesting statistics in the upper age groups of Men and Women.

End of message - Shitehawk Out

Mike-I know where you're coming from and what you are trying to achieve?.

But,if you just glance through these forums at this moment in time-you'll see you're competing with pathetic people with pathetic love lives-supersticious nutters, gaming freaks-an even a fella who's concerned over his haircut!.

This is a serious issue that is gonna affect a fair percentage of them in years to come-if they wanna ignore it now-then they must accept the reality of whats to come?-and the old adage-'It wont happen to me'-well-you just wait an see?-tis very sad we have a society like that-I sincerely wish you all the best Mike-you're one of the old school that todays generation just aint got the BALLS to Follow!!!!!.-Good Luck Sir-You're one in a million!.

mike1937: Answer to your last sentence
No way - Not in my experience - A well known close to the knuckle comic I used to back regularly in cabaret came out with a one liner when Mandelson first crawled out friom under the New labour Rock before their first term.

Bbloody hell - They must be warmongers or nutters & poofs and if anyone shook hands with Mandelson at Uni we said always count your fingers afterwards and don't turn your back on him, it or whatever she is

Look at what Bastard Brown's done done now in desperation - He's now got twoo poofs and allegdly a blind begger and he hasn't needed assistance for the panto season

You LADDD you!-Cant sing the ol Rugby songs no more-Very offensive to the gay community they say?-Well,if they done it right in the first place-then they wouldn't have nothing to whinge about!-Tell you what tho-what was the point of all that fighting to get the govt an the society that we got today?-Christ!-if i could turn the clock back?.

Ere Mike-Wonder if that was the same MP i clashed with over my Mum?-She used to live at Stud Hill,Herne Bay-i wanted more care for her as she was starting to suffer from dimmensia-he said he would only listen to her GP (whom i clashed with as well)-unfortunately things had to get worse before they got better-then he said it weren't his fault-but her GP's!-Still lots of retirement estates down there-why should they care?-keep caning them for their taxes-cos they they know most old people are too proud to ask for help?-still what with our govt now refusing to pay for the best drugs-being an expense issue-well,what's left?-a visit by the local political party-a cup of tea an biscuits-quick chat-an please put a X on this ballot paper!-COLD HEARTED BLEEDERS!!!!!.

OK-gonna stick my neck out here-probably get it chopped off!.

In the case of Terminal illness where death is inevitable, accompanied by undue suffering (eg:When the Morphine ceases to relieve) then,of course, one should have the option of an early release?.

What I am suggesting is-At the Outset of the illness (when diagnosed) the person is consulted of this option (whilst of sound mind) and if this is what is desired then FURTHER consulted (at designated intervals) BEFORE any stage of undue suffering is reached-in other words-they are given the chance to retract their wish-it would be hard to argue in the alternative that their wish was influenced by anything other than their own free spirit-that is what i meant by STRUCTURED legislation-and most importantly the person MUST be of sound mind when each consulation is made.

I fully expect all sorts of circumstances to be counter quoted-but this is only an opinion.
